Creating a Support Package ZIP to send to us

1) Start OPTICAM Classic and load the problematic VDM file or in the case of a general issue, any VDM file.  If you are currently working on the problem file please do a file save and then continue.

2) When the system is idle (no dialogs shown), type the following followed by [Enter]:
      sup [Enter]
OR

Under the HELP Tab you can select Create Support File.



3) Choose a folder to place the Support package into:


4) Using Windows Explorer, browse to the same folder. You should see a file similar to this:   It will not have a file extension and does not need one to be sent to us.


5) Most email servers will not allow this file to be sent to us as it contains executable code.  You can upload the files to the link below or upload it to WeTransfer, Microsoft OneDrive or similar and email support@optisolutionsusa.com with the link to the file.


6) Once the files are uploaded we wil begin working on the issue.
