How to help us with IT-access issues
Many clients have - for obvious reasons - tight security in place for their local PC's Operation Systems. From time to time, we will need administrator access to a certain folder on your PC to ease the resolution of any issue you may have.
To help us help you faster, if possible, please ask your IT contact to either:
1) Grant Read/Write access to "All Users" (for at least a period that covers our needs) for the following folders (or similar, depending on the version):
C:\Users\Public\Documents\OPTICAM_ClassicV8.2
C:\Program Files (x86)\OPTICAM_ClassicV8.2
2) Log in to the PC as Administrator prior to our meeting.
3) Should the following site be blocked by an IT filter, please request this URL is allowed through the firewall:
