Nucleo QA Steps
1) Run the "Check" option to look for interference and to identify any differing blade thicknesses.
2) Check if the number of tabbed feet is adequate? Are there too few or too many? Closer pitch or wider pitch? Are they deep enough? If they are hooked, is the hook dimension OK? Take the example below - are there enough feet? Maybe in this case the green blade and proximity to the next purple blade are good enough, at other times, we need to decrease the pitch of the tabs or reduce their width.
3) Rotate the part over to see the underside and set the view to translucent, if not already. Check that each tabbed foot has a matching slot created. Nucleo should produce an error if these fail to create, but it is good practice to visually check this also (as in some rare cases, they have failed to produce).
4) Check the part number is put on the base plate.
5) Check for interference. On long sweeping sections like below, is there any evidence of interference/contact? If so, try to rebuild using this option checked:

6) Check for part clearance.
7) Check for missing annotation - check step value is not too large if they don't appear and/or reduce the font size. For some parts consider the "Tab" option for annotation placement. Also, check for incomplete etching geometry and report to Development if found.
9) Check the number of parts in the Geometry workspace against the number of parts created as DXF files. The report should list the total parts also, check this matches the total file count for DXF's cross-referenced to the number of fixture solids in the Geometry workspace.
10) Check #Nucleo_Fixture_Material_Report.txt for blade thickness variations (see #1).
