Postprocessor Selection and Technology Import Opticam for SOLIDWORKS

Postprocessor Selection and Technology Import Opticam for SOLIDWORKS

1) Select the "Opticam Manager" tab.


2) Double Click "Program(Standard)"


3) Select the "Manufacturer" and then Click "Load Postprocessor"


4) Select the "Model name".


5) Click "Postprocessor options"
 

6) Click the "General" bar. Select your "Output units" and "Digits after the decimal point". Click the "General" bar again to minimize the menu.


7) Click the "NC output" bar. Click "Manage Technology"

















 








8)  Click "Import tables..."


9) Select the .OPTICAMdbt file provided and Click "Open"


10) Click on the "Database management" bar to minimize. Click the "Active database table selection" bar. 


11) Click "Refresh table list"


12) Select database technology table imported.

13) Select "add database wire settings table". Select "Add New".


14) Click "Commit changes to wire settings table"


15) Click "Set technology profile options active"

16) Click the green check mark to finish.


17) Click the disc icon to save settings.
