For Users with AMD Graphic Cards, you need to make sure you are running the latest software and drivers available for your card. Below is a link to the AMD Driver website. You may need your IT dept to install these items for you.
AMD has changed how to force certain applications to use dedicated GPU.
In order to do this please watch the link below on options that you can use to do this.
In Nucleo, Right Click on the screen and select View Properties.
Next Uncheck the box for Smoothly Rotate View
Now select General on the Left Column at the Bottom
Next Checked the box to Use GDI for Crosshairs.
(The reason for this was the crosshairs were slowly digitizing across the screen or selecting items is difficult)

If none of those options above work, you will need to disable your Intel Onboard graphics. You can do this by using the Device Manager, selecting the Display Adapters from the list, and then Right Click on Intel UHD Graphics and disabling it.
A PC restart may be needed for it to take full effect.
