Dialog Scaling Issues

If you have issues where text within the dialogs are not viewing correctly the below settings may need to be modified.

 
Control Panel > Region > Administrative Tab > Change system locale… > “Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support”.  Uncheck this Box if checked
